Business Recovery

Grant

The Oʻahu Business Recovery Grant program is closed.

We were honored to help 514 small businesses with $10 million in grants from the City. All funds have been distributed.

These grants are part of the City and County of Honolulu’s strategy to support local small businesses. The City has invested $183 million to support Oʻahu small businesses since 2020.

About the Grants

  • 63% of companies are owned by a minority or underrepresented community, including women, veterans, or LGBTQ.

  • 58% of grants went to small businesses with less than $1 million in annual revenue.

  • 54% of grants paid for staff, rent, or utility bills.

The City continues to support small businesses with the Oʻahu Business Connector. It connects small businesses with help from nonprofits, government partners, and support organizations to grow and create good jobs.

Contact the team at obc@honolulu.gov to schedule an appointment.

We hope these resources will support you on your small business journey!
